Istanbul Gonen Hotel

We had a great experience at Gonen. The shuttle service was convenient, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms werenice and neat. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Istanbul.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel facilities, including the spa and swimming pools, were great. The breakfast served was also very good. The staff, especially Mr Ibrahim at the reception, were helpful and polite. The location of the hotel was excellent, near to Ataturk International Airport and in front of a shopping mall. We also had the convenience of free airport transfer.

Cannot find any fault. All in all everything was good.

I really enjoyed staying in this 5 star hotel. Breakfast with juices, fresh fruits plus soup.

The rooms were non-smoking, luxurious and with twin bed joined as well.

The location was pretty bad.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the free shuttle service to and from the airport , made my travel convenient. The hotel's location next to a shopping mall with outlet stores was a bonus as I could do some last-minute shopping. The spacious room was another highlight, providing ample space for relaxation.

There were a few aspects that I didn't enjoy. the limited vegan options at the hotel restaurant made it difficult for me to find suitable meals.

The breakfast at Gonen Hotel was really good, with a wide variety of options including traditional dishes and desserts. I especially loved the freshly made eggs and the delicious cheese and bread. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the airport and with easy access to roads. The room itself was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable king size bed, a bathtub, and a shower. The wi-fi connection was also very reliable. I highly recommend Gonen Hotel for a wonderful stay in Istanbul.

We were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious amenities and outstanding service provided at this hotel. the Spa & wellness centre was a delightful experience with a fantastic indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the staff was professional and friendly, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. the full body massage we received was top, notch, and we highly recommend the spa lounge for its exceptional body wraps, beauty treatments, and facial treatments.

The only minor issue we experienced was during breakfast when the late coffee/tea service caused us to wait for too long. Despite this, the buffet breakfast was delicious and included various options, and we enjoyed having in, room breakfast.

It was a fantastic place with friendly staff, excellent hotel facility and breakfast, and convenient location near the airport and shopping mall. The transportation was easy to everywhere. Special thanks to Ms. Burcu KESKIN for making my stay excellent.

The reception staff are helpful and the customer relations young lady was efficient in handling our early complaints. the hotel is situated in close proximity to a great mall, providing easy access to shopping and entertainment. the hotel offers convenient transportation options to the city center, Tuyap exhibition center, and several other malls.

The dinner we had at the hotel was just average, with a tough veal steak/chop.
